Our clients purchased this house as a result of downsizing and a desire to simplify their lives. The house was built on spec, by a local developer. We were invited in to customize their new home to a higher standard. We began by closing in 2 small windows in the family room. We were then able to design an impressive bookcase that fills the entire wall in the family room, which then encompasses the new fireplace surround.

The kitchen counters and backsplash were replaced with beautifully veined, honed Nero marble. We switched out the cabinet hardware and island lighting for a more modern, sleeker look.

Custom made furniture and a sophisticated fireplace surround in the living room completed the transformation there. The powder room was completely gutted with new fixtures and fittings installed. A custom made marble and metal vanity was built and matched with new wall sconces and mirror. The finishing touch was a gorgeous Dutch Masters mural ordered to size from London.
