With her flushed cheeks and slightly pouting mouth, this portrait is a delightful portrayal of a young woman of the 1960’s. I love her delicately painted pearl earrings, her melon coloured blouse with a soft white trim, her swept back hairdo, and all set against a background melange of greens and pale camel. She seems to be looking out the window thinking about something or someone.
