A painted oil on canvas c.1929 by German artist, Hans Anton Cilio-Jensen. Such a beautiful woman wearing what looks to be a blue velvet garment with an elaborate white trim at the collar and wrists. She is clearly married as her ring shows prominently upon her folded hands.
There is a tiny chip of paint missing by the right hand (shown in 5th photo).

I purchased a collection of these drawings from an art dealer in Verona, Italy. They were attributed to the Italian costume designer, Gianni Vagnetti, but once I began to research Vagnetti’s other works, it led to me think that they were more likely drawn by Filippo Peroni.

With her velvet burgundy dress and her rouged cheeks, this young lady is a lovely sight to behold. And with such a delicate and pale décolletage! I’ll bet her dance card is completely full!

This watercolour on paper was created by the American artist, Edmond Fitzgerald (1912 - 1989). This portrait of a seated woman is so well executed; the proportions are perfect as is the subtle shading.

A large framed original painting of a very comely dark haired woman with sensuous sloe-eyes. I think she looks a little like the actress Anne Hathaway. What do you think? This piece is vintage and was painted in the early 1960’s. It is signed in the lower right hand corner: R. Hines.

With her flushed cheeks and slightly pouting mouth, this portrait is a delightful portrayal of a young woman of the 1960’s. I love her delicately painted pearl earrings, her melon coloured blouse with a soft white trim, her swept back hairdo, and all set against a background melange of greens and pale camel. She seems to be looking out the window thinking about something or someone.

Beautifully painted and pleasant looking businessman dressed in navy blue and shades of indigo, seated at his desk. Look at how well the artist has painted his hands and his 3 piece suit. On the desk are what I think might be travel pamphlets and maps? And behind him on the wall there is a poster that says, New Orleans Mardi Gras. I’d book a trip with him; he looks honest.
